A signal is automatically sent
down your
telephone line to the Chubb
Monitoring Centre in
seconds.
A pre-arranged emergency
contact list for your
home appears on the operator's
computer screen.
This will allow them to
identify the type of
emergency and take appropriate
action, calling
your home, the Police, Fire
Brigade or the
assistance of your keyholder.
The Alarm Receiving Centre
will contact your
home to confirm the alarm
signal, and if there is
no response will get in
contact with the
emergency services. The Alarm
Receiving Centre
has priority links to every UK
Police control room.
They will then get in touch
with one of your
nominated keyholders enabling
the emergency
services to gain access to
your home. |
